Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We ship directly from China.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping: 15–30 business days after processing. Delivery time is an estimate and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs, weather, carrier issues or peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Fee

Standard shipping rate: $4.99 per order

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with tracking number and tracking link. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking information to update on the carrier website.

Customs & Duties

Buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees that may apply in your country. We do not cover customs charges.

Undeliverable / Returned Packages

If the package is returned to sender because of wrong address, refused delivery or failed pickup, customer will be responsible for shipping cost and any related fees.
